My work focuses on PAT sensor development, synthetic biology, and metabolic engineering to advance real-time monitoring and improve the performance of CHO cell bioprocesses. I am developing a novel PAT platform by integrating capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical sensing, while also leveraging emerging aptamer and nanomaterial technologies to expand sensing capabilities and enhance analytical performance. In parallel, I apply metabolic engineering and synthetic biology strategies to boost CHO cell productivity and product quality.
