I am Interested in addressing cell-line-development and process development challenges via high-throughput genomic assay and bioinformatics tools to gain insight through statistical modeling. I am currently characterizing and predicting CHO clonal instability by developing a lineage tracing assay with cellular-barcoding technology and exploring sc-omics data-sets; drafting and annotating a reference genome for NISTCHO; building a AAV genome QC pipeline with long-read sequencing.
